I am a scapegoat, and I’m trying to break free from my family system. I love my family don’t get me wrong, but the family is toxic and enmeshed. I am living with my boyfriend, and he’s wonderful, and I feel more comfortable with life. Please pray for our relationship that my family doesn’t try to destroy it, because they miss having an emotional punching bag around. They like when I live alone, because I have no protection and can’t live life as much on my terms. When I have my boyfriend they can’t get to me so much. It’s safer here for me emotionally. People don’t understand my family dynamic. Pray for everyone to be saved in Jesus Christ, including my boyfriend and for me to be protected and my relationship with my boyfriend to be protected from them so we can get married.Â
