Healing of mind body and soul.

Dear Heavenly Father,

I have committed sins against my family and against God. I am struggling with addiction, shame, guilt and embaresment of my sins.  My heart has been so closed off to God, but I realize I truly need him. I ask God to forgive me and enter into my life today to guide me on the path to peace and salvation.
