Pray that help Patrick to stop being high strung and encourage him to be refreshed by his faith. He often lets stress and fear overtake him. He doesn’t know how to relax and calm down. Pray that Jesus will work on this with him and remind Patrick to put his trust in the Lord. Pray Patrick will learn to pour out his heart before the Lord and pray about things that worry him. He lives in fear and constant stress, which isn’t healthy for his body or mind.Â
