My kids are being emotionally and physically abused. I have filed an emergency hearing and I have overwhelming evidence and my attorney said we have a very strong case to get full custody.
My attorney has filed this Nov 3, 2022 and it is now December 5, 2022 and we have not got a date or hearing. My attorney’s assistant seems to believe from what the judge assistant led her to believe is that there might not be a hearing and the judge is going to be issuing an order of ruling. Please pray that the judge issues this ruling in our favor so that I can get my kids out of this environment.
