Lord Jesus, help me. Please change my heart first and these circumstances second. I don’t deserve it. I’m here as a result of my own sin. I repent for my disobedient heart. I repent for idolizing someone other than you. I repent for living in fear. I repent for living in complacency. I deserve to be spit out for being lukewarm, but I’m begging you PLEASE, if you would, do what I know you can do!!
This is my prayer and I pray that other Christ followers whose prayers are not hampered by their sin like mine, will come alongside of me and pray with me and for me. I can’t do this without Christ and I can’t do this alone anymore.
