I have not been rested, last night and night before i slept around 9 hours. I woke up and feel exhausted or as i havent slept at all. And now im thinking it could be sleep apnea or my lungs are not getting enough oxygen while im asleep. I have woken up this morning almost sick, and tired, I need help and that someone would pray to god that i would be better. I ask please for your prayer that I would be able to get rested sleep, slept for 10 hours and woke up absolutely exhausted. I’m scared about this, that i can’t get rested sleep, ask prayers for jesus would heal me
