unstable neighbor

My neighbor has been verbally assaulting me and other neighbors. He digs through my garbage trying to find if I have been stealing his mail. He is stalking and watching me when I am in my backyard. He has done this to other neighbors too. Please pray for a seed for Jesus to be planted in his heart and his mental well being and peace for our neighbor hood.
